Your First Team Meeting
Whether your first team meeting is face-to-face or takes place in a chat room – this is an important starting point for your team.
Suggested Agenda:
- Introductions
- Restate your project or assignment goals
- Decide on a team name
- Share contact information
(e-mail, phone, IM, etc.)
- Decide on how/when you will conduct future meetings
(chat rooms, discussion board, conference call, etc.)
- Set up a schedule and decide on tasks
- Set Netiquette ground rules
