Resolving Conflicts

Whenever people work together there are bound to be conflicts. How your team handles these conflicts can determine the success or failure of your team.

Here are some steps that can be helpful:

  • Acknowledge that the conflict exists.
  • Gain common ground.
  • Seek to understand all angles.
  • Attack the issue not each other.
  • Develop an action plan.
